I’m passionate about Richmond and have first-hand knowledge of its streets and neighbourhoods. That’s because I’ve worked full-time in the residential real estate industry since 1987, selling thousands of Richmond homes. I’m consistently ranked within the top 1 percent of all Greater Vancouver realtors and was nominated to the REMAX Hall of Fame. I’ve received the REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award, am a lifetime MLS Medallion Club member and have qualified for the prestigious Diamond award. I am proud to be one of only a few recipients of the Circle of Legends Award.
In my work with buyers, I listen carefully to their budget, requirements and preferences, showing them only the listings within the scope of their needs. Sellers trust me because my track record speaks clearly of my ability: to sell a home at its optimum price in a timely manner. My strategic marketing plan ensures the homes I represent receive maximum exposure in the marketplace, both through traditional, online and social media. It’s a proven, winning strategy that can significantly impact the value of your equity.
As a member of our community, I am committed to giving back. I have been the organizer for the Richmond Christmas fund Realtor Challenge for a number of years. I believe strongly in active community membership, I am a board member for Pathways Clubhouse and I was president of the Richmond Ravens Female Hockey for the last eight years. A proud supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, I make a donation to these charities for every home I sell. Over the years I have donated thousands of dollars to these and other worthy causes.
